"Something Felt Off"
I’m not sure this was worth it. The shipping took way longer than expected, and after a while I started wondering what was even going on with the order. Just didn’t give me a great feeling.

I ordered a few things from homesteadsupplier.com and, to be fair, most of the order showed up just fine. But one small part wasn’t the one I picked, which was kind of frustrating. Like, everything else was right, so how did that one piece get mixed up?! Shipping was okay and the box was packed decently, so no major complaints there. I just wish they’d double-check orders a little better before sending them out. Not a terrible experience, but definitely not perfect.

From what I remember, the delivery showed up later than expected, which was a little frustrating. The tracking worked well enough to give me a general idea of where things were, but overall the experience was kind of mixed...

I reached out to Homestead Supplier with a question about an order, and they did get back to me, just not as quickly as I was hoping. Reading between the lines, it felt more like they were busy or a bit backed up rather than ignoring me.
Once I got the reply, the information was useful and answered what I needed, so overall it wasn’t a bad experience. I just wish the response time had been faster, especially when you’re trying to make a buying decision and waiting on that last bit of info.

I was hoping to pick up a few things, but unfortunately most of what I wanted wasn’t available when I checked. It may have just been bad timing, but it was a little disappointing not being able to find the items in stock.

My order showed up fine, no issues there. But putting it together was a little more annoying than I expected, honestly. The instructions were okay in some parts, but then a few steps were kind of like... wait, what am I supposed to do now? I had to guess a bit and go back and forth, which made it take longer. It did come together in the end, so not a disaster or anything. Just not as easy as I thought it would be

The website was easy to get around, and I was able to find most of what I needed without getting frustrated. The categories were laid out in a way that made sense, and checkout was simple enough, which I always appreciate.
That said, a few pages loaded slower than I expected, and comparing products took more clicking around than it does on some competitor sites I’ve used. It’s not a bad experience overall, but I’ve definitely shopped on smoother websites.

"Easy communication and solid updates"
I had a good experience overall. They kept me in the loop the whole time, which I really appreciated. Support would check in with things like, “We’re still working on it and will update you shortly,” so I never felt left wondering what was going on.

"Solid coop for the price"
I ordered a chicken coop from homesteadsupplier.com and overall I’m happy with it. The wood and hardware felt sturdier than I expected, especially compared to a few cheaper coops I’ve seen from other places. A couple of the pieces had small marks on them, but nothing that affected how it went together or how it looks once assembled. It’s not flawless, but for the price, the quality is definitely there. I’d order from them again if I needed more homestead gear

"Prices are alright, just not a steal"
I checked out Homestead Supplier and the prices were... well, they were okay. Some items seemed fairly priced, but a few made me pause because they were a little higher than I expected. I’d say the value is decent if you find the right product, but I’d still probably compare prices before buying. Not bad at all, just not exactly super cheap either.

"Not a ton of options"
The selection felt limited, honestly. I was hoping there’d be a bit more to browse through, but I found myself running out of options fast. Maybe I just caught it on an off day, kind of like when you go to the grocery store for one very specific snack and somehow they’re out of only that thing. Overall, it wasn’t bad, just not much to choose from.

Trying to return my order turned into a full-time job, apparently run by the ‘Where Answers Go to Nap’ department. It took way too long to get any clear response, and the refund info was about as helpful as a mystery envelope. not worth the hassle.

"Pretty vague product descriptions"
I was checking out a few things, but the descriptions were thin. There weren’t enough measurements, actual specs, or clear info about what’s included. Some of the wording felt kind of copied and didn’t really answer basic questions. It made it hard to feel confident about buying anything, so I ended up giving up.

"Shipping felt slower than it should’ve been"
I ordered from homesteadsupplier.com my gut feeling early on was that the shipping was going to drag. The item itself turned out fine, so no complaints there, but it took way longer to arrive than I expected. If you’re not in a rush, it’s probably okay, but I wouldn’t order from them if I needed something quickly.

The box showed up in decent shape, just with a small dent on one side. I was expecting it to be worse, though maybe I’m just being picky. Overall, the packaging was better than I thought it would be

"Warranty support was a real hassle"
I had a problem with my unit and tried to go through the warranty process, but umm, it’s been frustrating. Support took ages to get back to me, and when they did, they kept asking the same questions over and over. I still don’t really have a fix. after spending that much, I expected the support to be a lot better.
